Bravista Ltd (Company No. 16982946) provides private coach and minibus hire across London, the UK and Europe. These terms apply to bookings made with Bravista, including airport transfers, weddings, school trips, corporate travel, private hire, party bus hire, UK to Europe journeys and ski trips.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including passenger numbers, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates, times, waiting time, luggage requirements and vehicle type. A quote is not a confirmed booking until Bravista confirms acceptance in writing and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Payment terms will be confirmed with each booking. Bravista may request a deposit to secure the vehicle and driver. Any balance must be paid by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking.
Customers should request changes as early as possible. Changes to date, time, route, passenger numbers or vehicle type are subject to availability and may change the price. Cancellation terms will be confirmed at booking stage and may depend on the notice given, vehicle allocation, driver allocation and any costs already incurred.
Passengers must behave safely and respectfully. The driver may refuse travel or stop the journey if passenger behaviour is abusive, threatening, unsafe, illegal or likely to damage the vehicle. No refund will be due where a journey is ended because of serious passenger misconduct.
Food is not permitted on vehicles unless agreed in writing before the journey. Drinks and alcohol are not permitted unless Bravista gives prior written agreement. Smoking and vaping are not permitted on any vehicle. Vehicles must be left clean and ready for the next customer. Extra cleaning charges may apply where a vehicle is left dirty.
The customer is responsible for damage caused by passengers, including damage to seats, fittings, windows, doors, lighting, audio equipment or any other part of the vehicle. Bravista may charge for repair, replacement, specialist cleaning, lost operating time and associated costs.
All journeys must comply with driver hours, working time and PSV safety requirements. If passengers delay the vehicle or change the itinerary in a way that risks exceeding legal limits, Bravista may need to alter the journey, arrange a replacement driver, stop at a safe place or charge additional costs.
Bravista will make reasonable efforts to operate journeys punctually. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, police activity, event restrictions, ferry or tunnel delays, airport disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where necessary, Bravista may provide a suitable alternative vehicle or use a trusted PSV-licensed subcontractor to fulfil a booking. Any substitute vehicle will be selected to meet the booking requirements as closely as reasonably possible.
Passengers remain responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. Bravista is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Bravista's liability is limited to the value of the relevant booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
